Adventure Operations is pleased to offer a 5-year warranty to consumers who purchase and register their Roamer Series Chair. Please carefully review the terms and conditions outlined below before registering your Roamer Series Chair. Roamer series chairs that are included in the 5 year warranty offering include:
- Roamer Chair (SKU: 10001516)
- Roamer Moon Chair (SKU: 10001517)
- Roamer Ultralite Chair (SKU: 10001518)

 

Definitions:

Manufacturing Defects: Refers to any deviation from the product’s intended design and specifications due to faulty materials (such as poles, zippers, buckles, fabrics, etc.) or poor workmanship (including seams, construction, etc.). This excludes damage resulting from general wear and tear or other causes.

Wear and Tear: Refers to damage that occurs as a result of normal usage. Over time, moving parts may wear out, and fabrics or other components may deteriorate, fade, or degrade.

Other Causes:  Accidents, misuse (including failure to follow instructions regarding care and maintenance of the product), neglect, disassembly, alterations or external causes such as, but not limited to, water damage, exposure to sharp objects, exposure to excessive force, anomalies in the electrical current supplied to the product (if applicable), and extreme thermal or environmental conditions.

 

Warranty Coverage:

This Warranty does not apply to damage caused by failure and damage caused by improper use and abuse, fair wear and tear, accidents, misuse (including failure to follow instructions regarding care and maintenance of the product), neglect, disassembly, alterations or external causes such as, but not limited to, water damage, exposure to sharp objects, exposure to excessive force, anomalies in the electrical current supplied to the product (if applicable), and extreme thermal or environmental conditions. The product must be purchased from an authorised retailer or directly through Adventure Operations.

 

Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to meet acceptable quality standards and the failure does not constitute a major failure.

 

Warranty Activation

To activate your 5-year warranty, you must complete the registration form below. The warranty period will commence from the date of purchase and will be valid for five years.
