2. Place Your Order

  • Add your selected custom-printed gazebo to your cart and proceed to checkout.

3. Design Consultation

  • After your purchase, our team will reach out via email to discuss your printing requirements and provide basic design templates.
  • Have your desired design ready to go. Adjust your design to fit the provided templates and submit the final artwork to us in the correct format. To maintain the quality of the print, the file must be in a high-resolution format (preferably vector-based, such as .ai, .eps, or .pdf)

*Please note our team does not have the resource or capabilities to design artwork / logos from scratch. We can only tweak your provided design with basic requirements for printing purposes only.

4. Artwork Approval

  • You'll receive a proof of your customised design for review.
  • Carefully check all aspects of the design and confirm your approval to proceed.

5. Production

  • Printing Process: Upon approval, our factory will commence the dye-sublimation printing of your canopy.
  • Quality Assurance: We ensure high-quality, vibrant prints that are durable and weather-resistant.

6. Delivery

  • Lead Time: 10-14 days after artwork approval.
  • Shipping Details: Once ready, your customised gazebo will be shipped to your specified address.

  • Shipping: This is an additional cost to the purchase of the custom printed gazebo.
  • Custom Printing: This is included in the cost of your custom printed gazebo purchase.
  • Colour Disclaimer: Minor colour variations may occur, and the customer accepts these as inherent to the printing process.
  • Design Accuracy: The approved design accurately reflects the customer's expectations.
  • Reprint Costs: Any reprints required due to customer–requested changes post-approval may incur additional costs.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellation after approved proof is non-refundable.
  • Responsibility for Errors: The customer is responsible for any errors overlooked during the approval process.
  • Final Approval: Signing indicates full approval of the print design, materials, and specifications.
  • Warranty: All printed canopies and side walls come with a 12-month manufacturing warranty. Exposure to UV radiation may lead to discolouration, and such discolouration is not eligible for warranty coverage.

SUBLIMATION PRINTING

For our custom printed designs, we use dye sublimation printing. Dye sublimation printing is a unique and advanced printing technique that utilizes the science of sublimation to produce high-quality and vibrant prints on a variety of surfaces, particularly textiles and materials with a polymer coating. The process involves the use of special dyes that have the ability to transition directly from a solid to a gas state without passing through a liquid phase.

The first step in dye sublimation printing is to create a digital image, typically using a computer and specialized design software. This image is then printed onto a transfer paper using specially formulated sublimation inks. Unlike traditional inks, these sublimation inks have the unique property of sublimating—turning into a gas—when exposed to heat.
Next, the printed transfer paper is carefully placed on the surface of the gazebo canopy or wall material. The transfer paper and material are then subjected to heat and pressure using a heat press. As the temperature rises, the sublimation inks on the transfer paper turn into a gas and permeate the surface of the material. The high temperature allows the pores of the material to open up, enabling the gas to penetrate and bond with the fibers or coating.

Once the heat press cycle is complete, the material is allowed to cool, and the sublimated inks solidify, becoming a permanent part of the canopy or wall. The result is a sharp, detailed, and durable print.
