Competitions Terms & Conditions

1. The "Win Your Money Back" campaign is offered by Adventure Operations Pty Ltd ("the Company") as part of its Refund your Cart promotion.
2. Eligibility:
   • This promotion is open to all customers who make a purchase of $300 or more (inclusive of GST) in a single transaction on the OZtrail website between 12:00 AM AEST on November 18, 2024, and 11:59 PM AEST on December 2, 2024.
   • Employees of OZtrail, their immediate family members, or any associated agencies are not eligible to participate.
3. Promotion Details:
   • Every eligible purchase will be automatically entered into the draw for a chance to have their purchase refunded.
   • There will be 1 winner for every 5 eligible transactions.
   • All eligible customers will only be drawn as a winner once. Once your name is drawn you will be removed from the competition draw, even if you purchase a second time within the campaign dates. 
4. Refund Details:
   • The refunded amount will be equal to the total value of the eligible transaction, up to a maximum of $5,000 AUD.
   • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the transaction within 14 business days of the winners being announced.
5. Winner Selection:
   • Winners will be selected randomly from the pool of eligible entries.
   • Winners will be notified via the email address or phone number associated with their purchase by December 9, 2024.
6. Conditions of Entry:
   • Any order cancellations or returns that bring the purchase value below $300 will invalidate the entry.
   • Refunds do not include shipping fees or any additional costs outside of the product purchase.
7. General Terms:
   • The Company reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any participant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
   • The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
8. Privacy:
   • By participating, entrants agree to The Company collecting, using, and disclosing personal information in accordance with The Companys privacy policy.

   • The Company is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, delays, or disruptions that may affect participation in the promotion.
